Shunsuke Nakamura wins Scottish League cup with Celtic

Shunsuke Nakamura played his part in Celtic’s 3-0 win over Dunfermline in the Scottish League Cup final on Sunday.
The Japanase playmaker was brought down just outside the penalty box and Shaun Maloney curled home the resultant free kick after 77 minutes for the second goal. He also had a hand in the third in injury time that sealed Celtic’s 13th League Cup triumph.
He summed up the occasion by saying, “It was just one of more than 40 games of the season for us and I didn’t get overly nervous at all in the final.
He was undoubtedly happy to win his first trophy in Celtic colours and he has more to look forward too as Celtic are now two games away from winning the Scottish League title.
