Shunsuke Nakamura in injury scare
June 8th, 2006 | By: ShiLou | No Comments »
Shunsuke Nakamura joined the injury list of the Japan squad when he limped away from training with painful left hamstring .
This is not good news for our team who have another two midfielders on the treatment table.
Shunsuke is a special player who provides creativity in midfield.
The good news is that both Akira Kaji and Alessandro “Alex” Santos who were both injured against Germany and Malta in friendlies have been able to resume training.
Also Strike duo Naohiro Takahara and Atsushi Yanagisawa who were also injured against Germany and did not play against Malta look to be on their way back from injury
