Happy belated birthday Zico

Coach Zico was 53 years old last Friday and his website team [at] Ziconarede had a special message for him.

“Coaching is not a task which may be assigned to anyone. To accomplish such mission, it is necessary to be prepared for it. And it is not only with books and courses that a coach is shaped. What gives him such background is life itself. What does a person needs to jump into such challenge? The challenge of teaching, giving self-confidence, having long term vision, bringing together, reprehending and applauding. This person must have learned with someone with long term vision; this person must have been reprehended and applauded. Things that only life itself is capable of teaching. And even so, to the ones who, with will and skill, have the humility to observe with respect each one of these lessons.

And that’s why, for seeing in you a real coach who is under constant apprenticeship, that we wish you the best luck on your birthday. Luck is the only factor which we don’t learn to have – we just learn to live with it.
