Coach Zico has a big communication dilemma
Japan coach Zico has a job on his hands communicating with his player at the forthcoming World Cup in Germany.
Apparently he has complained about FIFA’s decision not to allow more than one person enter the technical zone during World Cup matches.
The Brazilian legend obviously doesn’t speak much Japanese and so always uses the help of an interpreter to get his words of wisdom across to his players. And until now he has been allowed to go with his interpreter into the technical zone area but FIFA have just changed the rules.
The Japan Football Association specifically asked FIFA to allow both Zico and his interpreter into the zone, but the request was turned down at a World Cup organizers meeting in Zurich on Thursday.
I will be happy to hear from anyone who has a solution to Coach Zico communication dilemma.

That sucks. They probably should work out something with Phonak and use some technical solution (mikes).
